1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MartyFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including contractors, business owners, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
MartyFlow is a contractor workflow management platform that provides tools for customer management, estimate creation, job tracking, invoicing, and payment collection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use MartyFlow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
4. Subscription and Billing
MartyFlow offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.
5. Free Trial
New users may access a 14-day free trial without providing a credit card. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using MartyFlow. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MartyFlow for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, use automated tools to scrape data, or resell access to the platform.
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MartyFlow, including customer information, estimates, jobs, and invoices. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
MartyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martys Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data loss.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
